This was part of a training program for representatives of a drug intended for multiple sclerosis. Reps received one of two diaries of a fictional MS patient, each paralleling the disease journey of a demographically typical patient. This was the diary of “Nate,” representing young male patients. We also produced a diary for “Monica,” who was in her 40s. Each had to captivate, educate and align with approved medical content. We also created an immersive exercise for reps that simulated the challenges of MS. The simulated environment included exercises that were to be done wearing thick gloves, distorting glasses, mobility devices, etc.
